Staff Discount
After completing 6 months of service, our employees are entitled to a staff discount at Fantastic Furniture and all Fantastic Holdings Limited (FHL) retail brands.
Salary Packaging
In partnership with an external provider, we offer salary packaging, allowing our staff to use their pre-tax earnings to purchase items such as laptops, furniture, PDAs, mobile phones, cars or investment properties.
Employee Assistance Program
Fantastic Furniture provides free, professional and confidential counselling through our Employee Assistance Program. This service is available to all of our employees and their family.
Employee Share Plan
As a full time employee of Fantastic Furniture, our staff have the opportunity to participate in the Fantastic Holdings Limited (FHL) Employee Share Plan. This plan allows employees to purchase FHL shares through salary sacrifice. In 2009 we were awarded the "Best Employee Share Ownership Plan in a company with more than 200 employees" by the Australian Employee Ownership Association.
