What does your role at Fantastic Furniture involve?
For the past 9 years I have been a Sales Team Member, problem solver, service advisor and a team member, its great fun!
Describe some of the main skills you need to be effective at your job.
Be a great listener to your customers, you need to understand their needs, know your products and know how to close a sale and seal the deal.
What makes your job rewarding?
Seeing the customer satisfied and with a smile on their faces when they walk out the doors, if you provide good customer service and provide good value for money furniture, you can't go wrong.
How has your career at Fantastic Furniture changed or developed?
Prior to joining Fantastic Furniture, I worked for small sized companies, it has been absolutely wonderful working with such a big support network that still know you by name, not a number.
What has been your career highlight?
I would have to say improving my computer skills and personal development with the training I've received. I enjoy sales and wouldn't want to do anything else besides working happily with the Team at the Prospect store; the friendships I've developed here will be lifelong friendships. Also seeing the customer's return to the store and ask for my assistance, is a great feeling.

Working at Fantastic Furniture, you can approach anyone at any level within the company with any issue or query you may have, the culture and atmosphere is great fun for our customers, you walk in to a furniture store where all staff are full of smiles. The commitment throughout the company is great to see, we all work hard, have the same vision and celebrate success.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
I enjoy reading, playing sports and walking whenever I get any spare time to myself.
