All employment applications made through Superior Service World Manager, across all locations are made to company owned stores and are bound by this Privacy statement. We are committed to protecting the privacy of individual’s personal information. We understand that privacy in the recruitment process is paramount. Our Privacy Policy details how we handle personal information supplied to us.
Information Collected and Used
The personal information collected is taken from details entered in our online application form. This may include a wide range of information such as your name, phone number, salary expectation, previous qualifications and employment history. We will also store details from approved references; and results of any competency, criminal or medical tests.
Your personal and sensitive information will be used in connection with your application for the position you applied for. In the instance where you have not been successful for the position you have applied for, your information may be kept on file for future employment opportunities, unless you notify us otherwise.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all details entered into your application are true and correct to the best of your knowledge. Any information that is provided by a job applicant that is later found to be false or misleading or any failure to provide lawfully requested information may result in that person’s application being delayed, unsuccessful, or if the person is employed, may result in termination of their employment.
