What we offer

Our Developing Graduates program is the only dedicated graduate program in the furniture retail sector and provides graduates with exposure to all facets of our business.
The Developing Graduates program commences with in-store training and provides graduates with the opportunity to manage one of our retail stores as if it were their own business; gaining invaluable commercial skills, developing leadership skills and providing a core understanding of the operations that underpin a furniture retail company. On completion of this initial training, the rotation phase of the Developing Graduates program begins, where graduates are exposed to all facets of a vertically integrated furniture company. The potential areas for rotation include:
- Retail
- Marketing
- Product Buying
- Human Resources
- Manufacturing
- Finance
- Visual Merchandising
- Property
- Supply Chain
The rotation will provide graduates with the opportunity to be immersed in the day to day operations of each function, learning new skills, increasing professional network, gaining a broad understanding of furniture retailing as well as having the opportunity to participate in various project based initiatives.
Following the rotation phase of the program, graduates will be given full responsibility to deliver a key business project that will make a significant contribution to the growth of our organisation. The length of our program will depend largely on the skills, dedication and commitment to learning of each individual graduate.
